1. Service Description

StorePilot™ is an economic simulation tool intended to support the preliminary evaluation of food retail locations and related operating assumptions. The service is designed for informational and analytical purposes only.

2. Illustrative Nature of the Tool

The simulator generates indicative outputs exclusively on the basis of user-provided data and assumptions.

The outputs are illustrative only.

The outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or suitable for any specific purpose.

The service does not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment or other professional advice.

The service must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any commercial, contractual or investment decision.

3. User Responsibilities

By using StorePilot™, the user acknowledges and agrees that the user is solely responsible for:

4. Reports, Email Delivery and Follow-Up

Where available, StorePilot™ may generate and send a report by email. Submitted information and generated outputs may also be stored and handled internally for operational purposes related to service delivery, analytics, quality monitoring and follow-up.

A service email may also include an invitation to book an optional follow-up call to discuss the submitted simulation. StorePilot™ may review submitted information internally in order to assess the relevance of the request before confirming such a meeting.

If the user chooses to continue with booking, StorePilot™ may route the user to a Cal.com / Cal.eu form that collects additional project details before scheduling (for example: full name, phone number, location, project status and project description). These details are used to qualify and organize the requested call.

Such communication and internal review form part of the requested service and do not, by themselves, constitute marketing.

5. Optional Marketing Communications

If the user separately opts in, StorePilot™ may send additional informational or promotional communications relating to StorePilot™, Horeca Code and related services.

These communications are optional and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StorePilot™ and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, commercial or financial loss arising from or related to:

Use of the service is entirely at the user’s own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability related to the use of the service is expressly excluded.

7. Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. StorePilot™ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or permanent access.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights relating to the StorePilot™ project, including interface, logic, structure, brand elements, content and documentation, remain reserved to the StorePilot™ project unless otherwise stated.

9. External Tools and Links

The service may integrate or link to third-party tools and services, including email, hosting, scheduling or data-handling platforms. StorePilot™ is not responsible for third-party services beyond its reasonable control.

Any use of third-party tools (including Cal.com / Cal.eu) is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

10. Governing Contact

For legal or privacy-related inquiries, users may contact privacy@storepilot.eu.
